My Story
I always knew there was more than worrying about KPIs on a Monday morning.
For over two decades I held space for others. Coaching, leading, creating safety for people to finally say what they had never been able to say out loud. I was good at it. Really good at it. And I was slowly disappearing inside it.
Until I couldn't leave the house. Couldn't eat. Couldn't move from the sofa. Broken on the bathroom floor. That was the moment the performance finally ran out of road.
And that floor was where everything that wasn't me finally fell away.
I found Belief Coding. And for the first time in my life, instead of holding space for everyone else, I was held. I finally understood why. Why the busyness, why the performing, why I could give clarity to everyone around me but never turn it inward. The beliefs that had been quietly running my life since childhood finally had a name. And then I did the work. On myself. Slowly, steadily, all the way back to the little girl who decided she wasn't enough.
When she was free, everything changed.
Now I travel the world with my family. Right now I am living in Bali, on a sacred compound owned by a priest's family. The other day we prayed together at a holy festival. And as I sat there I felt something I can only describe as a deep full body knowing. Everything I believe to be true, they do. The universe. The divine. Gratitude. Energy. The frequency of what you put out into the world coming back to you.
That's when I understood why manifestation alone never lands for so many women. Not because they are doing it wrong. Because the little girl underneath still doesn't believe she deserves to receive it. You can journal and affirm and visualise until you are exhausted. But if she is still carrying the old story, nothing gets through.
You heal her first. Then the magic works. The abundance flows. The universe finally has somewhere to land everything you have been calling in.
That is what I do. I see you so clearly that you finally see yourself. I lend you my light so you can go out and shine yours. And when the little girl inside you finally feels safe, worthy and seen, the rest of it follows.
I am the lighthouse. When you are in the storm, in the dark, not knowing which way to turn, I shine my light so you can find your way home.
If you have found this, maybe it was meant to be.
