You have done a lot of this on your own. Reading, listening, working things out in your head at eleven at night, then getting up the next day and behaving exactly as you did before. Doing it alone is not a character flaw. It is just slow, and it lets you quietly talk yourself out of things with nobody there to notice.

This is probably you if

• ★You are not ready to hand over twelve weeks and a large sum to one to one work, and you are honest enough to say that.
• ★You keep starting and stopping, and what you are missing is a room that expects you back next week.
• ★You suspect that hearing another woman say the thing out loud will land harder than reading it again.
• ★You have got good at looking fine, and you would like one hour a week where you do not have to.

What the group gives you that one to one does not

When another woman describes the exact pattern you thought was your private failure, it stops being a personal defect and becomes something with a mechanism. That happens in a group and it does not happen in a private session. You also get the pace. Weekly means your thinking cannot drift for a month before anyone notices.

On being seen by other people

Most women who consider this hesitate for the same reason: being watched by other women is exactly the fear they came to work on. So the room is built for that. It is small. Nobody is put on the spot. You can be in a session and say almost nothing and still get what you came for. You share when you want to, not because it is your turn. What is said in the room stays there, and I hold that firmly.

Structure

• ★Eight weeks, one live session each week, held over Zoom.
• ★Small group of 2-3 women. I cap it deliberately so everyone can be heard and nobody disappears.
• ★Each session moves through the same order the work always follows: calm first, then clarity, then what gets created from there.
• ★Between sessions you get something small and specific to work with, not homework that piles up.

Investment

£222 for the eight weeks. That is a founding price for the women who step in with me first, while this becomes exactly what it is meant to be. This round begins mid October.

If you have already spent a lot on yourself and the thought of spending again makes you uneasy, I would rather you say that than push past it. None of what you have spent was wasted. It just spoke to the part of you that already agreed with it. This works underneath that part.

On testimonials

There are none for this yet, because this is the first round. I am not going to borrow quotes from my one to one clients and imply they came from a group they were never in. What I can tell you is what happens in the sessions themselves, and you will find that out at the same time as everyone else in the room.
